Many of these companies do not charge subscription fees for their services, but instead make their money through advertising targeted to you. Everything you do online is tracked and used to build an advertising profile about you. These profiles are then sold to the highest bidder. This is the real cost of these services, and we believe that the cost has become too high for us to continue to support these platforms.
